About Gajino:

Gajino is a mobile application for biggest educational international publications in Iran.
The persona of this service are students (kids and teenagers).

My role in this project was the design lead, I create a design team with UX assistant (intern) and UI/UX designer. We made two different designs:
1st design: developed by the product team before our start (design team).
2nd version: after our results from researches, accessibility roles for this special persona and results from the same type of user tests like usability. from our results; navigation (user journey), mental model, UI and design strategy basically changed on this version.
Also, I working personally on logo sign of this service.
